Mission
The mission of The Move-About Theatre is to present free, high-quality, moveable theatre in non-traditional venues, providing unique entertainment and enriching the community through interactive performance.
What is moveable theatre? Moveable theatre is simply theatre that moves around. Unlike a traditional show, where the audience sits and watches actors on a stage, moveable theatre uses the world as its stage, inhabiting a large venue and traveling to a different location inside it for every scene, taking the audience along with it. This means more involvement, more exercise, and more fun!
